S(h)elf display is designed to enhance the sense of Self – An authentic interpretation of love and beauty that shines through the heart of the house.

The project was inspired by Mondrian Square grid, a popular art painting from the early 20th century, characterized by Abstract Expressionism and Minimalism.

This piece is arranged in a precise geometrical method - simplified to vertical and horizontal lines, moves from a two-dimensional painting to a modern three-dimensional pattern- its wooden texture enriches and expands the space of the house by creating controlled gaps and negative spaces as the surface's plate backed with natural wood finish shelves.

The shelves appeared as “floating” since they placed in parallel lines to the grid. The combination of  dark gray/blue plate shade and the warm decorative lights fit  the room atmosphere, creating a full rich display space that suits the center of the house ; the LIVING room.
